    15 credits without unlock code

    Good Morning,I have bought 15 credits,I have made the unlocking process the program has suddenly been blocked (Huawei P8 in fastboot mode)

    I had to close and open the program,now I do not have credits!!??

    I need help please.

          Ooops,sorry, on the Web it says it's compatible with Huawei P8 GRA-L09.
