I have found the solution to this problem, for anyone facing it just move the program into a directory with all of its members in the English language, the program doesn't support foreign languages in the directory.
لأي أحد يدور حل للمشكلة هاذي، أنقل البرنامج إلى مسار يكون انجليزي بالكامل فإذا اسم المجلد عربي ما راح يشتغل البرنامج، لأنه ما يدعم إلا اللغة الانجليزية لما يستدعي ملفات البرنامج.
