Y6 (2017) Phone not detected

I get the following message from the software:

Phone not found !

The phone is in USB Debugging Mode, and I have tried in "Google USB", "Product USB" and "HiSuite USB" mode. Phone is never detected.

Any advice please?

Sadly Android 8 and later with latest security patches are not serviceable at the moment.
