Dc-unlocker Phone not deteced

My phone honor 5a
I activated another username using dc apps, to get
my bootloader code
currently my acc, username : bl17561 have 4 credits.
however it brought me straight to dc unlocker installation on windows.
I already followed the steps provided except step 2, because I dont know whats "install driver for your phone" it is hisuit apps?
then I tried get my phone information using the windows dc, its say here phone cannot be found :_(
how do I fix this plss

You go to device manager to check if your mobile appears there like shown in guide before detection attempt.
