Can't launch HCU.exe

Edit: Needed to download and install vcredist_x86.exe from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=26368

I just downloaded the latest version of HCU. On Windows 10 x64, it crashes with this error and no UI was loaded. What am I missing? Thanks!

vcredist_x86 2008 windows update: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down...ils.aspx?id=29 install this windows update and try again.

Nope it isn't the fix.. tried it before posting, and it wasn't to fix the specific error I have.. ..... So this @People just dont read bullshit huh?

Yes it is a fix and it works 100% for everyone so far, have you tried to select uninstall and install it later after pc restart instead of selecting "Repair"?
