problem with dc phoenix

hi,
i try to unbrik a mha-l29 with test point method, i bought a 3 day license, on mine first pc, the phone is recognised as unknown device when i plug the usb cable,i try to install huaewi usb driver, deactivate windows driver signature, but nothing dc phoenix not recognized the phone.
i try to plug the phone in another pc, and finally it is recognised as usb srv, but i cant access to dc phoenix beacuse it's lock on the first pc, i asked, yesterday, to live support to remove the lock, he said that the lock is removed but it isnt true, the software remain locked on the first pc.

It relocked again if you tried to log in from old pc before reading answer. PC lock removed again, license extended for free for 1 day. Make sure pc sees mobile correctly before launching dc-phoenix and trying to detect it on it. That is either under ports section or under android devices.
