Servers are working and here is no block. You should check, if you have internet connection at unlock time (but not with modem you are unlocking), check, maybe firewall or other software is blocking the connection. Try to use other connection type or other computer.

Could you try to disconnect your dongle, enter your dongle serial number as username and nay password and press check login. What error you receive then?
