Server is working and here is no block. You should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet conenction at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer.

I have a Huawei E5830, do i have to buy credits to unlock? also when i try to log in to the server i'm told wrong username or password.

Also when i try to auto detect i get the message No card found

Yes, you need to buy credits in order to unlock this modem. Unlocking needs 15 credits. Username and password to log in to server you will receive after buy credits.
If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

We have no such username. Thats why you receive error conencting to server. Forum username and software username are not same. Username for software you receive after you buy credits. Did you buy credits?

Could you write your username that you receive after bought credits? Not forum username, but username for software that received after bought credits.

You receive this error, becasue you have no valid username. Forum username is not same as software username. To receive username and password for software you need to buy credits.
