My dongle is detectet i can ron dc software and hcu software. If donge not detectet progran not run. I just can login. Hcu try to connect to server bat i recive wrong username or password. I try to change password but i recice a e-mail dat not belaon to my.
If dongle is detected on HCU it does not ask for any username/password to log in. so please do as adviced as it worked for others who had same problem.
