Error 62 using dongle

Hi, I have this problem when I try to use my dc-unlocker dongle.

Your computer runs usb activity scanning/sharing service, therefore you got blocked. You must remove such service/software from computer before using DC-unlocker otherwise you will get blocked again.
Block now removed. If you do not know what service/software on your machine causes this then can only suggest to use dc-unlocker from another pc. Note: receiving multiple blocks for same reason may end up with a permanent block.

Ok, I have uninstalled Usb Redirector and did some test

On several tries it connected and discounted 1 credit to unlock this modem.
But now it says error 62 again

I must state that Im not using dongle sharing software for dc-unlocker, I'm using it for other tools.

the weird thing is that I have been using usb redirector from a year ago and it doesnt affected dc unlocker before as I havent been using it with this dongle.

Your modem's firmware is not supported for unlock.
