    i purchase the ID and Password for bootloader code for Huawei Y9 2019, but i don't know how to check my android. after i purchasing i told to my friend that when i code receive. he said that you would not get it because you have android version 9.0. So now can DC-Unlocker refund me? because it is not work. and also why for android 9.0 not work. So i want to refund me back..

    No, refund available only for models that are supported and listed on supported models list on the app as well as android version which is also mentioned on the app in red letters. For whatever reason you purchase for unsupported devices/android versions is up to you. Hopefully it will become available in near future since account does not expire and can be used later.
