    So I bought 4 credits using sms pay
    account details:

    email ndrjnglng@gmail.com
    username ndrjn

    this was under new account

    I still got no email (already checked for spams), so I tried reset password to no avail, I get "bad email or username"
    I tried buying again for the second time, with the same account details but still the same problem.
    help.

    p.s. I would like to get a refund if I still cant have those credits.

    Hello, how many sms'es have you sent for your first attempt payment please? Seems you are doing something incorrectly, like not sending all of the sms'es listed on payment form.
