trying to unlock a P8, but when checking account, all I get is Error Connecting To Server. Client software is open through firewalls.

is the server down for maintenance? Heavy traffic??

All is good now. I was able connect into the server and run the unlock sequence to a successful completion. My Netgear Nighthawk MR11000 modem is unlocked and working now. Thank you.

I am having the same connectivity error to the server. At first, I received a message saying the server was down for maintenance and to try back later. I have been away for over three hours and now get a "Error connecting to server !" message. What is going on? I feel as if I have been scammed!
