DC Unlocker won't load

I'm trying to open DC Unlocker and I keep getting the message that it has encountered a serious problem and must close. It will not open. I've dowloaded and re downloaded and it still won't work. What is the problem? The second pic is how it loads. When I try to reload it, it tells me it's already running.

I'm running Mohave on my Mac and running windows virtual machine.

It does not work on vm.

So how do I use it then?

You use it from normal Windows PC only.

I only have a Mac. No normal windows PC.
