Software locked to other PC & is my tablet unlockable ?

i purchased a timed license try to unlock my huawei mediapad M5 lite 8 inch kirin 710 (JDN2-L09)
I can not put it in software testpoint as i put it into fastpoint then select its correct firmware the tablet goes into update but DC phoenix CAN NOT RECOGNIZE IT IN UPGRADE MODE
i tried another computer it says software LOCKED TO OTHER PC
2 questions:
1. huawei mediapad M5 lite 8 inch kirin 710 (JDN2-L09) can i put it in software testpoint to unlock it or NOT (using DC phoenix)?
2. can you remove the PC LOCK so i can try another PC with possible working USB my username is (mamdoh200)

1. Yes you can, software testpoint works up to android 10.0 http://hcu-client.com/supported-models.php
2. PC lock removed, license extended.

I tried everything to put my tablet in software testpoint mode but failed

It doesn't show that you did anything correctly, selecting some resource.app file... what is that? Must select update.app as explained in guides.
