HCU does not see the key

Tell me. there is an infinity box on it dc-unloker / Activated features:
DC-Unlocker
Huawei CDMA modem unlocker
DC Phoenix activation
Unlimited FRP Unlock
HCU activation for dongle
Software debugger
The question is - how can I start the hcu client, it requires a login and password. does not automatically pick up boxing.
probably need correct drivers for a smartcard.
