  • DC Phoenix v153 & v158 is stuck or gives Access violation Error...HELP

DC Phoenix v153 & v158 is stuck on "Refreshing TESTPOINT list file"...please help me or if it is not fixable give me a refund.

I want to use DC Phoenix v153 or v158 to unlock the bootloader of my Huawei Y9 2019 but the software is not working for both versions.
    There are 2 issues:
    1. The stucking issue occurs when i use compatibility mode and but OS to Windows 7. I am using Windows 10.
    2. I get an error message without compatibility mode saying: Access violation at address 0040563F in module 'DCPhoenix_v158.exe'. Write of address 34302E35.

Pls, help me as i only bought a 3 days License and it has already been 2 days. By mail you told me the problem sould be fixed by now but it is still happening.

Try disabling firewall/antivirus temporary while running it, see if it has any changes.
Do not use vpn or proxy for connection.

The problem is related to your ISP rather than on our side as everyone else is using it successfully.

So there is nothing I can do then. But HCU, DC Unlocker, & previous versions of DC Phoenix works, only v153 & v158 are not & these versions are what I need to unlock the bootloader.
