Error when running DC-Unlocker Client

When I download and extract the ZIP file and try and run "dc_unlocker2client.exe" I get the error message:
File corrupted! This program has been manipulated and maybe it's infected by a Virus or cracked. This file won't work anymore.

Any thoughts on what this problem is or how to work around would be much appreciated !

Delete the file and try to download it again from website. If still same then probably antivirus on your computer corrupts it or file is corrupted during download which is less likely.

I think that anti-virus is the problem. Had to boot into windows safe mode with networking and then was able to execute the program without trouble
