Error 16 showing on the new DC Unlocker!

Hi There!

I have downloaded the new version of the DC-Unlocker However I am not able to get it the app, there is one Error message #16 the screenshot in the attachment.

May I know how to fix it?

NOTE: the old version 1.00.1413 is working with no problem.

Please make screenshot of directory/folder contents where DC-unlocker is placed.

It may be because of directory it is placed in. It is also worthwhile to check properties/signature of the new version you've downloaded as it may have been tampered during download or by antivirus software.
