    HCU ERROR 'Check account at first!'

    Hi! yesterday i downloaded the HCU latest version ad i bought 12 credits to unlock bootloader on huawei phone (mate 10 pro). I've done the login on HCU and i was 'connected' (i can also read my 12 credits) But when i clicked on 'phone info' the error 'check your account at first!' appared. What can i do?

    Ok maybe i bought the wrog credits i should buy dc phoenix+hcu timed license.

      Correct, need a time license if you use services via testpoint. In your case you may add 7 more credits to your existing account, inform us about it, and then I will be able to convert it to 3-day time license account for you to be able to use the service.
