No Success on MacOS Parallels VM, Looking to Change Computer

Hello,

I originally used DC-Unlocker on my Mac running Windows via Parallels Virtual Machine. Unfortunately, I was unable to detect my modem. As a result, I am hoping to now find and use the software on a windows computer, but worried that my account may be locked. My username is peanutgallery, if an admin could please remove any account restrictions so I could transition to a Windows machine that would be great.

I am also curious if anyone has found any success using DC-Unlocker on Mac via Parallels, the error I have is:
