HCU Client can't download .dtword files

Hi,

I am trying to read phone info but I get this error:

Anyone able to help me please? The .dtbootloader files download correctly.

This may be related to your ISP or firewall on your pc, if you disable temporarily your firewall/antivirus and the problem remains then the issue is ISP, sadly we won't be able to help with it. Make sure to delete loader files from the HCU directory before new attempts.
