Do you get this error only during repair time? When the device which you try to repair is connected to a PC and you try to log in, does log-in go through successfully?

It only happens when trying to repair the device. It is fine when I log in and is successful at detecting the device. However, when I try to repair, it times out.

Windows 10 is ok as long as it is not a virtual machine/parallel pc. The device should be connected to pc with its charging cable, may try connecting to a different USB port on pc, do not use external USB hubs for connection if there are any.
              Please do this:
              1. Restart DC-Unlocker software.
              2. Go to the Server tab, log in (Must log in successfully before continuing)
              3. Detect your device. Try to unlock, after error do the rest of the steps
              4. Go to the Options tab.
              5. Click "Save log".
              6. Send that file to me, please.

                Hello,

Sorry for the delay, I've been very busy. Attached is the log for the login and failed IMEI repair.

                  Hello,

I did another attempt as "Run as Administrator", and same results.

It is ok. It seems that your computer doesn't know which connection to use MR1100 or wifi, there are ways to fix connection priority problems. But first, if you have an ethernet cable connection instead of WiFi, this could help solve this problem without changing any settings on the computer. Otherwise, refer to this page here: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-c...ers-windows-10 there will be multiple ways explaining step by step how to set connection priority on your computer.
