If you still get this error, please let us know your software user name. Also, is there a modem/router, that you want to service, connected to pc while trying to log in?
No problems with the account or servers on our side. So it must be something on your, presumably iPhone settings that may affect the connection. We can check it in more detail where the connection is lost, but if this is the case we won't be able to help resolve it or check what settings on your device may actually cause it.
In order to gather more info need to take the log file:
Please do this:
1. Restart/launch DC-Unlocker software.
in memo area type - "debugobitas" and press enter
You should see "OK !" printed back, if so, continue further with steps.
2. Go to the Options tab and make sure "Enable logging" is enabled
3. Go to the Server tab, attempt to log in once after error proceed further with the steps below
4. Go back to the Options tab.
5. Click "Save log".
6. Send that file to me, please.
As suspected connection doesn't go further from your end, which is most likely the device's fault through which it comes. If you have an alternative, the best one would be to connect pc to an ethernet cable you should try it, or just in general different place with a different source could help in your case. You should also try to launch the DC-unlocker client as administrator by right-clicking on its .exe file and selecting "run as administrator".
