NCK error

Hello,

I had my huawei mate 10 pro BLA-L09 hard bricked and I ran method 3 of the DC-Phoenix guide to unbrick (erase device like an empty board), flashing the ROM using in order:

1) BLA-Full-Repair- NV-included-Board-8.1.0_r1.dgtks file
2) The Stockrom BLA-L09 9.0.0.197 (C432E4R1P11T8)
3) Hisuite / OTA official updates up to final version 10.0.0.202 (C432E9R1P3)

Now the phone is functional but not completely: the SIM NETWORK UNLOCK PIN error appears and the mobile network does not work. I tried to change the Simlock-status via HCU software, also updating OEMINFO, but the operation fails as I get the error 'Not found SimLockData file, unlock skipped!'.

Any help is welcome.

After flashing board software flash NV backup from here: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/firmware-catalog in search field type in "NV" and look for your phone's cpu, should be Kirin970. You may try to flash it as it is now, but not sure if it will help you with your problem after flashing stock rom and ota updates.
