P9 - DC unlock stuck on phone search

Hi all,

I just purchased some credits to unlock a P9 bootloader, when starting the software, either I get “no phone found” or the program gets stuck on phone search and I have to force stop it.

I tried with 2 different pc and both gave the same issue.
HiSuite is installed and works correctly.

can someone help pls?

Hello, please make a screenshot of your device manager window while the phone is plugged in and in the correct mode according to the bootloader unlock code read guide.
