I have a problem I can't activate the test point.

no problem to reboot under huawei system I use adb

I did NOT use firmware since I am with adb.

I wanted to test on another PC under windows 10 (I have windows 11) but not possible.

the log below I deleted the IMEI and S/N part

Can you help me?

There are multiple methods to enter testpoint - trying one may not work no matter what you do. In the end, it may be so that no software testpoint entry methods will work for your unit hence you should always be aware that you may need to use hardware method instead. The best you can do if ADB is your only option, to check if your phone is on Android 9.0 (or lowest version of your Android 9.1), then maybe if you will try it from another pc it will work. Otherwise, you should refer to other methods.

before testing via hardware if it suits you I would like to test one last time with another PC. as indicated between December 1 and December 2.

Sadly we do not have the procedure or tutorial for it. It should be easy to locate it by using a search engine while entering "Huawei POT- testpoint image" or similar, it should show location of testpoint on the board after that you just need to access it and shortcircuit it with something like metal tweezers and then while short-circuited connected mobile to USB/pc and it should pop up in device manager under ports or other devices as not installed in which case need to apply drivers manually.
