DCPhoenix_173 Access violation

Hi;

I'm using DC-Phoenix 173 with a HCU-Client USB dongle under 64 bit Windows 11, and last week I successfully unlocked the bootloaders in two Huawei P30 Lite handsets, so I'm really happy with your product!

Alas, today, I tried to put each of them into Virtual Test Point mode (I'm trying to build some proficiency, and write my own notes so I can become more confident in the capabilities I offer...) and failed. In both cases, DCPhoenix_v173.exe appeared to hang after writing the message "Looking for devices by ports" - the log is reproduced below.

I have downloaded and reinstalled DCPhoenix, but with the same result.

My Windows Memory Integrity Checks (which are incompatible with the Huawei drivers) are disabled.

Device Manager reports :

Ports (COM and LPT)
Android Adapter PCUI (COM7)
DBAdapter Reserved Interface (COM8)
HUAWEI Mobile Connect - Fake Acm Interface (COM6)

The Windows Event log entry isn't terribly helpful:

Did drivers come from hisuite? It should if it didn't, but need to make sure that hisuite doesn't remain opened while flashing is in progress, otherwise ports may be busy and software may not get access to the device. I assume your phone is on Android 9. This problem may be related to Windows 11 as well, but since DC-phoenix isn't developed further it won't be adapted to this OS sadly. If you have another computer to try on with a different OS it may help you.

I uninstalled the Huawei drivers, and reconnected HiSuite. The good news is the DCPhoenix detected a device. The bad news is that the log reports:
