Please provide SN/ID that you see on the HCU software. One in your screenshot could not be found on our database. Otherwise, you should check with the service where you've purchased activation from what it activates exactly. usually, HCU activation activates only HCU and DC-phoenix tools, not DC-unlocker. Though this error might mean that currently your dongle is blocked hence we need it's SN/ID to check the problem since software should launch regardless dongle is activated or not.

0362B43A1E dongle is not activated for HCU, only DC-phoenix activated on it. Probably someone did not read anything and pressed activation for 39 credits after launching DC-phoenix instead of going to support area and activating HCU feature. https://www.dc-unlocker.com/feature-activation/

I have disabled DC-phoenix activation now and returned 39 credits back to your account so you can activate HCU as you intended.
