    Netgear MR6500 keeps changing IMEI back.

    Is this a known issue? Something I can do to mitigate the risk of Carrier seeing true IMEI?

    IMEI can be restored only if the device is reset, in such case you can only repeat repair for it with the same user account - it will be free then.
