phone stuck in test point (hardware)

Hello, I have a problem
I use HCU to unlock the bootloader of my P Smart 2020.
The procedure worked but my phone does not restart. It's black and nothing. It remains in testpoint I see it when plugged into my PC.
I tested the start mode with the application or manual same problem

hardware testpoint phone goes back into normal mode by a simple restart, you may try to put a check mark on repair window to perform a restart after the repair, but if device does not restart it may have an issue then.
