I am experiencing the same problem with this content.

    Is there a solution?

Are you using a special cable for this process? Also, could you send a screenshot of device manager with your phone visible there before attempt to detect it and after.

A special cable was used because it was not possible to enter the test point mode with a normal cable.

Can I enter the test point with a normal cable?

        Resolved.

When entering the test point with a modified cable, it was necessary to disconnect the cable and reconnect it after the "device not in fastboot mode" message appeared.

Also, the "reboot after repair" option needed to be unchecked when performing the actual FRP erase.
