Operation Timeout and disable Testpoit does not work

Hi,
I just bought the timed license to unlock the Bootloader of my Huawei Mate 20 X 5G with Kirin 980. So far it worked to bring the phone in Testpoint Mode via DC Phoenix. But in HCU i get a Operation Timeout after downloading when i want to get the Phone Data for unlocking the Bootloader. Please see LOG:

Before operation turn phone to TestPoint mode:
Turn off phone, then short TestPoint on phone pcb
and plug USB cable
Wait for device "HUAWEI USB COM 1.0" in Ports

And when I want to disable Testpoint Mode in DC Phoenix it is also not working seems like I am stuck in Testpoint Mode and dont know how to get out?

Just to add some Information:
I did not use a harmony/TP-Cable, but just a normal usb cable and the com 1.0 device shows up correctly. Also tried a different cable, but same effect.

Phone is still in software testpoint mode and can communicate with dc phoenix, but it cant disable testpoint mode (see Log above).

So i soldered a special USB cable for testpoint (with 10 K Resistor) but it also didnt change anything, im still in software testpoint mode and the device is listed as "Huawei USB COM 1.0" ...

can you please unlock my pc for my account bl27148? i want to try a different PC with a diffrent USB Port.
