"Software locked to other PC!"

Hello, I have purchased a 72h timed license to use HCU Client.

I am using a different computer from the one I first tried to use the app with, where I couldn't finish doing what I really wanted since my computer could not install Huawei USB 1.0 drivers.

I have tried in one other computer I own, but I'm being locked by HCU Client, stating that software is locked to other PC.

Could I request the PC lock to be removed? I really just want to be able to use HCU Client within my 72h timed license.
