You purchased the wrong item for this, you needed a time license account, not credits. I have converted your credits into a 3-day time license. It should work now.

thank you very much for your help. unfortunately the bootloader unlock doesn't work. I can't seem to get it to work. I've tried it with dc-unlocker, dc-phonix and hcu. no chance, I'm probably too stupid. I'm attaching a few pictures. maybe someone can help me.I found out that direct unlocking isn't possible with the kirin960. I have a CMR-AL09 with Kirin960s, build 9.1.0.380, 32GB, 4GB.
is there any way to do it via software? I can't get the software test point to work with dc-Phönix either.

You need to use hardware tp solution for your device, then proceed on HCU with bootloader code read.
