Software locked to other PC

Hello - it's been a while since I've used dc unlocker (wow it was in 2014!) and am now trying to use HCU client to unlock the bootloader on my Huawei Mediapad M5 but HCU Client is telling me "Software locked to other PC!" which is a shame since that PC is long gone.

Is there any way to unlock this so I can re-lock to this PC instead?

I've only got a 3 day license so I'm kind of keen to move on this please
