Huawei e173 modem

After using DC unlocker i get the message that the modem was unlocked successfully and the credits got used but the modem is still locked.
What I did:
put an unauthorized sim card.
logged into dc unlocker
pressed do job after the modem was detected

do I need any extra steps or something like that?
