    I am facing this issue when trying to unlock my wifi mode,

    My wifi dongle modem is MF667 HSPA+
    when trying to unlock my wifi dongle through the dc unlocker app it asks the username and the password. when i select the option on reset password it directs me to another page, but the problem i face is it asks the user name, and i dont know the username. i watched some videos on youtube they type this "the_username" when i type this it still does not work.
    how do i figure out my wifi modem user name or is their another method to unlock my wifi modem
