Is it possible to unlock the 'Telstra 4GX MF833v USB'?
Hi everyboy. I am new to unlocking phone carrier SIM card access but would like to learn more.
I would like to purchase this 4G USB adapter for my mum but I am hesitant in case I would need to unlock it (so it will accept any SIM carrier). I can pay Telstra to do it but it will cost over $100 unless I sign up to a data plan for over 6 months.
Does anyone know if this model can be unlocked with DC-UNLOCKER software? Any advice would be much appreciated.
Hello, the model is supported, however firmware it runs may be not serviceable. Without checking it can not confirm if you will be able to unlock it. This modem is from ZTE, not Huawei.
