Access denied (for using protocol monitoring software)

I forgot to turn off the developer tools before using DC-Unlocker, and after completing the uninstall, I want to reactivate my account, but it keeps saying:

Access denied (for using protocol monitoring software)

Can you please help me solve this problem?

Your computer runs USB activity scanning/sharing service, therefore you got blocked. You must remove such service/software from the computer before using DC-unlocker otherwise you will get blocked again.
Block now removed. If you do not know what service/software on your machine causes this then can only suggest using the DC-unlocker from another pc. Note: receiving multiple blocks for the same reason may end up with a permanent block.

Additionally, I unlocked the bootloader through the program, but after that, it only unlocked temporarily and I didn't get the code. Also in the log

It appears like this and I didn't get the code for fastboot oem unlock [code]. Doesn't the original program provide a code after unlocking?

The phone model I am currently trying to unlock is Huawei BTV-DL09 and it uses Hisilicon Kirin 950 CPU. The program does not recognize it even when I set it to Auto or specify it directly, and it only recognizes it when I enter fastboot and it works in that state.

Lastly, if it is a model that does not work properly due to a problem with the program, I would like to ask if a refund is possible for that part.
