Why my P9 still locked after use dc-unlock software for unlock it? (paid credit for unlock)

when i do unlock on dc-unlocker software then my P9 auto reboot form fastboot mode and then I check "fastboot oem get-bootinfo" i still show (fastboot) locked

It depends what you are trying to unlock for it. I you are unlocking it from fastboot then I assume you are doing FRP unlock, as temporary bootloader unlock works only if you read the message that pops up and press cancel so that the phone does not reset for FRP unlock and stays on until you reset it yourself. Temp bootloader unlock remains until phone restart. For permanent unlock you need to read bootloader unlock code from it as per tutorials and unlock it manually via ADB/cmd.
