HCU/DC unlocker 2 client not starting up

Hello, when i try to open the HCU client i get the following error: "The procedure entry point AdbGetInterfaceName could not be located in the dynamic link library AdbWinApi.dll"
I'm trying to read the bootloader code of my Huawei P9 lite. I installed minimal adb and fastboot and I have already tried running HCU client as admin, re-installing HiSuite and installing 2008 vcredist with no success.

" installing 2008 vcredist" - make sure you installed x64 version regardless of your Windows version. And if it is win11 it may not work.
