Error connecting to server (error code 62)

Hey, I have the following issue:

When I'm trying to check login in dc_unlocker application, server tab, I receive Error connecting to server.

When I'm try to unlock the modem I receive:

could you check, maybe firewall or software like it is blocking. Servers are working and people are unlocking modems. Could you press check login with wrong password. Then you will receive error connecting to server, means something is really blocking at your side.
