Huawei EM770 Error connecting to server

Hi there hope somebody can help with unlocking voice on my Huawei EM770 internal dongle, brought some credits to the unlock the voice on my dongle and all its keeps saying is error conecting to server and no error code. Only have Avast installed disabled that the same verdict. I'm also using the dongle to connect to the internet to do the unlock does that make any differance ? Please help me if you can its got my head cabbaged

Could you write your username that you received after bought credits? I would check here.

ive checked my username and password and all are correct. ive changed my password to something i remember and still nothing. ive not got a firewall installed. could you tell me which port number dc locker uses to connect to the internet, thats if it doest use port 80.

Here is no block and servers are working. You should check, if you have internet connection at unlock time, check, maybe firewall or other software is blocking the connection. Try to use other connection type.

Activate Voice

Still having a nightmare with the activate voice on my dongle i'm using a usb dongle to go on the internet with, and i'm trying to activate voice on my internal dongle, it still keeps saying error connecting to server. i still don't know why this is happening no firewall no other issues. any ideas i'm pulling my hair out. thanks in advance anthony

Could you try unlocking by using not modem connection? This may be connection problem, becasue here is no block and servers are working
