You did not buy credits. To receive username and password for software need to buy credits. When you will have valid username then there will be no more error connecting to server message.

I am having exactly the same problem error 62 & I have also paid, verified, not entered invalid name or anything - is the server down? username iancat

Here is no block and server is working. You should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet conenction at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer.

I tried again a few hours later & it worked

I just purchased credits successfully, but I can't unlock, and get the same error code. Any suggestions? Rebooted everything, made sure I had the right password by having it resent to me, everything.

error code 62 - explained?

I'm not convinced that everyone keeps on putting the the wrong passqword I definately did not & I also cut & pasted it, but after a few hours it woked I'm pretty sure the the server at the other end doesn't respond for it's own reasons (down) or it takes a while for passwords to filter through. As it does eventually work well, but just not as immediately as you would like it to when trying to connect to unlock or login!
