Just bought the unlocker software, first time I've tried to use it.
Do they often have server failure?

Bit frustrating to say the least. Really REALLY hope they get on it soon. Need to sort the dongle before I can leave on trip later today!

Servers are working. Could you write username that you received after bought credits? I will check, why you may receive the error.

Server is working and here is no block. You should check, if you have internet connection at unlock time, check, maybe firewall or other software is blocking the connection. Try to use other connection type or other computer.
