Hi There,

I tried downloading the DC Unlocked. But the latesh version which is available on your home page doesn't pops up after i download it onto my desktop.i

I have downloaded it and installed successfully, however when clicking on the DC Unlocked the software doesn't runs or pops up. What shall i do?

and if i download the earlier version the screen pops up but all it says Detecting Data Card and stops responding.

Please Help.

Try downloading again. Maybe not fully downloaded. Also try installing again. After install you should see it in program files. Then run from there.
Also check, if nothing is blocking dc-unlocker software. If that does not help, try to use on other computer.
