Close process explorer at time when use dc-unlocker and it will work.

Could you write your username or dongle serial number? Also try uninstalling process explorer.

Ok, I sent my ID in PM.
But, process explorer is a simple, without installer program. It does nothing with registry.
I think the hanging problem is about grafical user interface of dc-unlocker and compatibility with Windows/Browser/Whoknows.

Could you try to use dc-unlocker now? Also remove process explorer.
