For correct ZTE modem detection, please plug modem with invalid operator SIM inserted. Wait till software starts the modem, close ZTE software and then you can detect modem with DC-Unlocker.

Here is no block and servers are working. You should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet connection at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer.

Uninstall all network scanners and its drivers before using dc-unlocker or will be blocked again. Now unblocked and you should be able to connect.
