Huawei router detection and unlocking by network cable

Hello, could You help me understand possibility of new DC-Unlocker:
"Huawei router detection and unlocking by network cable"
Could I unlock somebody who is connected to internet by cable (is living abroad) and only plug his modem to computer (I don't need to have modem at my computer)? How could I do it (by Teamviewer)? Could You help me understand? Best regards.

Some of router supported by dc-unlocker does not have usb port and have only lan. Huawei router detection and unlocking by network cable - it means you can use lan cable to detect and unlock these routers
